Sensing of Alphacypermethrin Pesticide Using Modified Electrode of Chitosan-Silver Nanowire Nanocomposite Langmuir Blodgett Film

We report on the sensing of a hazardous pesticide alphacypermethrin (ACM) using electrochemical technique through nanocomposite film modified electrode. The comprising octadecylamine, chitosan, polyvinyl alcohol-silver nanowires and haemoglobin, shortly (OCPAH), was prepared by Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) deposition various substrates electrodes. composite LB characterised UV-visible spectroscopy scanning electron microscopy, which confirms stable multilayer film. electrode used for ACM cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse (DPV), square wave (SWV) techniques. achieved parameters such as limit detection 14 nM, 5 nM 10 nM; linear range 10–100 10–40 50–100 nM/10–100 sensitivity 0.418 µA/nM/cm2, 0.259 µA/nM/cm2 0.271 CV, DPV SWV techniques, respectively. reported sensor is found to have stability 74% upto 20 cycles, relative standard deviation (RSD) value metal ion/organic interference species 2% real samples are within 1.4% CV technique. nanocomposite-based will open up new options research different organophosphorus groups pesticides.
